Ancient wisdom for modern times.
Named for the shared teachings of non-dualism within every major religious tradition, Paradox Yoga is a spiritual resource platform that exposits ancient wisdom for modern practitioners.

What is a paradox?
Put simply, a paradox is a surprising conclusion which may contradict our intuition. For example .....

The only constant is change.

This classic paradox was articulated by Greek philosophers as early as 500 BCE. Since then, thinkers have discovered thousands of mathematical, logical, and spiritual paradoxes and have been wrestling with them ever since. Paradoxes are the intriguing, puzzling, and sometimes frustrating signposts which mark the outer-most limits of human comprehension.
This is where non-dualism comes in.
Non-dualism is a philosophical approach that sits with the tension between two seeming opposites instead of trying to resolve them. They found this approach helpful for understanding spiritual truth. For example ....

Personal growth begins
with self-acceptance.

If you are 'all growth, no self-acceptance,' you will come to hate yourself.
If you are 'all self-acceptance, no growth,' your development will stagnate and you will not fulfill your potential.
The non-dual suggestion is that both can be true at the same time. It's up to you to strike the balance.
Exploring this balance - literally and spritually - is what Paradox Yoga is all about.
